the simple fact that I booked a junior suite and got a tiny room with a fold-up bed is absolutely unacceptable. how does a gorgeous hotel like this serve the same bland food daily? and since I am clearly not an average guest, a complimentary bottle of champagne would have been nice. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had an excellent time at the hotel! Loved the tasty food served at breakfast, especially the omelets and lunch options. The entertainment was a blast, keeping my kids engaged and happy! Just an FYI, we had a long transfer from the airport that was quite annoying.

The toasted sandwiches at the snack bar were a game-changer! With a plethora of food options, we gobbled up daily specials that were scrumptious. Plus, our son had an absolute blast on the slides and in the pools—pure joy all around!
While the drinks came in plastic glasses and required an early rise for sunbeds, the cheerful vibe kept things lively. The evening entertainment might not be a showstopper, but it hit the mark for family enjoyment.

Diverse and plentiful food options enhanced our experience.
We faced significant issues with our room assignments. Despite requesting adjoining rooms for our family, we were too far apart, leaving us frustrated and disconnected during our stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the lively pool area with lots of activities and the inflatable course. The evening entertainment was top-notch, especially the karaoke and drag shows. The snack bar was a hit for quick bites, and the animation team kept us entertained all day. Perfect for a fun group vacation!
One downside was the constant pressure from salon staff to book services. It became a bit annoying, especially when just trying to relax.

Highly recommend for families
Staying at this hotel was an experience,, my daughter made loads of friends which was really something special. The entertainment team was top-notch, especially Jay and Ayko who made every day fun despite a couple of cloudy days.
Prices were somewhat steep,, but the overall experience justified it.

great food but minor room discomfort
The food offered fantastic choices with a variety to suit everyone, making each meal enjoyable. The Turkish bath and on-site massages were excellent, providing great relaxation opportunities. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. my room was tidied every day as requested, ensuring a comfortable environment. The lively pool area kept us entertained with plenty of activities, just as other guests mentioned.
Despite the positives, there was a slight inconvenience with the room size. I expected more space than provided.
